CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS

Caring For Your Intimates & Toys

Your pieces are designed to be treasured. With a little care, they will remain as beautiful as the day they arrived.

Care Guidelines: Intimates

  • Always hand-wash in cold water where possible. This is the gentlest and most effective method for delicate pieces.

  • Use a detergent formulated specifically for delicates. Bleach should never be used on any intimate garment.

  • If machine washing is necessary, place your items in a mesh lingerie bag and select a delicate cycle only. Ensure the bag is not overfilled so your pieces have room to move freely.

  • Never wash lingerie alongside lint-heavy fabrics like towels, as this can damage delicate lace and mesh.

  • Separate light and dark garments before washing to prevent colour transfer.

  • To remove excess water, gently press your garment between a clean, dry towel. Never wring, twist or stretch the fabric.

  • Always air-dry your pieces away from direct sunlight or heat. Avoid tumble drying entirely, as heat will break down delicate fibres and elastic over time.

The way you care for your intimates directly affects how long they last and how beautiful they remain. We recommend treating every piece as the luxury item it is.

Care Guidelines: Adult Toys

  • Always clean your toy before and after every use using a purpose-formulated toy cleaner or mild, fragrance-free soap and warm water.

  • For waterproof toys, rinse thoroughly under warm running water. For non-waterproof items, use a damp cloth to wipe them clean. Never submerge.

  • Allow your toy to dry completely before storing it to prevent the growth of bacteria or mould.

  • Store each piece individually in a clean pouch or the original packaging, away from other toys, as certain materials can react when in contact with one another.

  • Keep all toys away from direct sunlight, extreme heat and humidity.

  • Always check your toy for any cracks, tears or changes in texture before use. Damaged toys should be replaced immediately.

  • Use only water-based lubricants with silicone toys to preserve the integrity of the material. Oil or silicone-based lubricants can degrade silicone surfaces over time.

  • Remove batteries after use and store them separately to extend battery life and prevent corrosion.

Caring for your pieces properly ensures they remain safe, hygienic and as luxurious as the day they arrived.
