Shipping & Handling
At The Intimate Company, every order is handled with care and discretion from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at yours.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 business days for domestic Australian deliveries and up to 20 business days for international orders. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note that delays caused by weather events, natural disasters or customs processing in the destination country are outside of our control.

Please also be aware that if you have ordered multiple items, they may be dispatched from different Australian locations and could arrive separately.
Order Processing
As a small business, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. We always aim to move faster where we can. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly. As our products are sourced from a range of Australian distributors, packaging may vary. Your privacy is always our priority, and nothing on the outside of your parcel will reveal its contents.
Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is undelivered and returned to us, any costs associated with resending the order will be the customer's responsibility, unless it is due to an Australia Post error.
International Orders — Duties & Taxes
For our international customers, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. If these costs are billed directly to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge the applicable amount to the credit card on file.
For international orders, please ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses match. Orders placed with an international billing address may be subject to additional fraud verification, which may delay your delivery.
